The EXPO Pavilion at 16ABC will be an integral feature of the event. The Expo Pavilion will be themed with networking areas and interactive elements all designed to enhance buyer and exhibitor experience.


The Cafe

An interactive themed Cafe in the centre of the EXPO. Sponsors and Exhibitors will be  able to conduct meetings and host clients in this space.

The Cafe will also house our Barista’s making perfect coffees all day long and serving  on demand snack items.


Buyer to Exhibitor Pre-Scheduled Appointments

16ABC will see the introduction of scheduled appointments. Buyers will be able to review exhibitors profiles on line and request appointments through the Exhibitor On-line Diary prior to the event.

Please note exhibitor booths are not confirmed and can be relocated at the discretion of the Conference Management Office until full payment is received.

Registration

All representatives wishing to gain access to the exhibition must be fully registered and paid delegates.

Payments

A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you detailing payment options. Options include international bank transfer, Visa card, Mastercard or AMEX.

Cancellations

A full refund* will be available for those exhibitors that request to cancel their exhibition space up to 20 February 2015. 100% cancellation of the exhibition package applies after 20 February 2015.

* Merchant and other banking fees as applies will be deducted from the refundable amount.
